Web design & communication for Horizon Europe projects

I build project websites and support dissemination for EU-funded research consortia — from kickoff through final reporting.

What I understand

  • Horizon dissemination work packages and what they require from a project website
  • EU visual identity guidelines — flag placement, acknowledgement text, grant references
  • Multi-partner consortia and making 20+ organisations feel coherently represented
  • Multilingual content needs across European partner countries
  • City pilot communication — explaining complex technical work to public audiences
  • The difference between what a coordinator needs and what city partners need from the same site

Background

My master's thesis was embedded in the Horizon 2020 ROCK project — a 33-partner consortium across 13 countries working on cultural-led urban regeneration in Lisbon. Before moving into web design, I worked at an EU project consulting firm. I understand how these projects are structured and what they need to communicate.
